Cause of the Error

This error appears largely due to the fact that the dunzip32.dll file is corrupt or missing from the Windows system directory (If your operating system is Windows XP and Windows Vista, then its default location is C:\Windows\System32). The duzocx32.ocx file needs the dunzip32.dll file.

Resolution

To settle this issue, you need to download a copy of dunzip32.dll file from a credible DLL Directory on the Internet and store it in the Windows System directory. You can also fix it by replicating the dunzip32.dll file from a computer with similar settings and pasting it in the Windows System directory.

Normally, the above methods can fix the error. However, if you still receive the error message, then the duzocx32.ocx file is probably damaged. In that case, you can take the following steps to fix it.

Error 2

You may receive the following error message on your computer when creating a report in Microsoft Business Solutions for Analytics-FRx 6.7 desktop and FRx Financial Reporter 6.5.

"Runtime Error 339: Component dzocx32.ocx is not correctly registered or file is missing."

Cause of the Error

Actually, the dzocx32.ocx file cannot function well without the dzip32.dll process. The above error appears largely due to the missing or corruption of the dzip32.dll file in the Windows System directory.

Resolution

You can fix this error by replicating the dzip32.dll from a computer with similar settings and pasting it in the Windows System directory.

When your computer is attacked by malware like virus or spyware, you may also meet these runtime errors. To prevent them, you can use antivirus and antispyware to regularly scan your system and delete malware.
